Mir Sufi Yoga
It is well known that yoga facilitates health. However, Mir Sufi Yoga may also assist you in self-discovery. For more information please see mirsufiyoga.org.
Subjects are wide-ranging and include Inner Discovery, Self-Analysis, Stations of the Path, Shadow Work and Sufi Poetry. Learning is based on practical exercises in order to gain experience.
